Miller Graveside rites will be conducted at 2 o'clock tomorrow (Saturday) afternoon in the Yarnell cemetery for Nelson B. Miller, 81, of the Foothill Station north of Congress who died in a Prescott hospital December 10. The Rev. Charles Lane, pastor of the catholic churches in Yarnell and Congress, will officiate. Pallbearers will be Jerold Kolar, James Claybaugh, Earl Shride, George Billingsley, Irving Skei and Floyd Sass. Honorary pallbearers will be jack Medd, Byron Kelly, Kearney Moore, George Thomason, Thomas Burgess, James Goodwine, Thomas Reynolds, Carroll Clifford and A. J. Bakker Mr. Miller, who resided with his daughter and son-in-law, Mr & Mrs Joseph M. Helhoski of Foothills Station for he past three and one-half years, was a dairy farmer and justice of the peace in Orange County, New York, for many years. Surviving in addition to the daughter, Mrs Helhoski, are a brother, Herbert C. Miller of Northford, Conn.; a sister, Mrs Howard S. Harris of Providence, R.I.; a son, W. Cornelius Miller of Middletown, N.Y.; five grandchildren and one great-grandson.
