The White Mountain Independent, Show Low, Arizona ~ 06/03/2011 Odell D. Griffin, former resident of Lakeside died May 26, 2011, in Tucson of cancer. He was born April 11, 1939, in Clover Bottom, Kent. He moved to Arizona in the ‘60s, worked in construction and became an accomplished artist. He lived in Lakeside in the ‘90s and early 2003, before moving to Oracle for health reasons. He loved playing golf at Silver Creek and fishing at Big Lake and Show Low Lake, also enjoyed going to the casino for morning coffee and visiting friends. He leaves behind his wife; five children and 13 grandchildren. A much loved man, he will be missed greatly by family and friends.
