Prominent Southwest artist, Ronald E. Worsham, passed away suddenly May 15, 2011, while wintering in Lake Havasu City. Ron was born in Jackson, Mich., April 29, 1944. He was an active member in the art community in Lake Havasu City and Kingman. Ron operated his own art gallery for more than 20 years. Ron taught art classes up and down the Colorado River during the winter months, summer months in Jackson, Mich.
He was preceded in death by his parents, William and Geraldine (Nichols) Worsham. He is survived by his sister, Pat (Jack) Mast; significant other, Joy Hatcher; a son from a previous marriage, Bret (Julie) Harness; along with two grandchildren, Keegan and Amanda, all of Jackson, Mich.; two nieces, Kelly (Dan) Henderson, of Granite Bay, Calif., and children, Stacy (Dan) Murray and sons, of Michigan Center, Mich.
Per his request cremation has taken place.
