The White Mountain Independent, Show Low, Arizona ~ 06/07/2011 Billie J. Rhoton, 81, died May 26, 2011, at Sharon Regional Hospital in New Wilmington, Pa. She was born July 11, 1929, to Leanborn F. and Thelma Wilson. Billie was a homemaker. She graduated from McNary High School and was a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints in New Castle, Pa. She loved to do crafting, shop and read mystery novels. She is survived by her son, Gregory Rhoton of North Lima, Ohio; daughter-in-law, Jill Rhoton; and grandchildren: Ashley Rhoton, Gregory Rhoton Jr. and Alexa Rhoton, all of Lima Ohio. She was preceded in death by her husband, Verl Rhoton of New Wilmington, Pa., and brother Robert Wilson of Pinetop. Funeral services were held Sunday, May 29, at Smith Funeral Home in New Wilmington, Pa. where Kirk Lunnen of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints officiated. A graveside service was held June 1 at the Pinetop-Lakeside Cemetery. Smith Funeral Home handled services.
