COLELAY, Felicitas

Arizona Silver Belt, Globe, AZ Wednesday, June 08, 2011 Felicitas Colelay, age 76, of San Carlos passed away on June 1, 2011 at her residence. She was born in San Carlos, Ariz. on Friday, August 16, 1934, the daughter of Cranston and Elsie Hoffman, Sr. Felicitas was a homemaker and enjoyed caring for her family. She loved to dig peridots and make beadwork barrettes and camp dresses; she gathered acorns and was a faithful churchgoer. She was a harmonica player and witnessed at wakes. Felicitas loved visiting and participated at the older adult center. She is preceded in death by her daughter, Matilda Kidd; brother, Ambros Hoffman; and sisters, Berlinda and Isabelle Hoffman She is survived by four sons, Raymond, Dale, James and Neal Dillon all of San Carlos; daughters, Barbara (Harvey) Lang of Peridot, Veda (Evans) Bendle of San Carlos, Flora Grant of San Carlos and Marilyn (Tom) Avila of Flatwater, Ariz.; sister, Marinita Hoffman of San Carlos and four brothers, Mathew and Harold Hoffman of Peridot and Richard and Cranston Hoffman of San Carlos; 13 grandchildren, 17 great-grandchildren and one great-great-grandchild. Wake was held Tuesday, June 7 at the Colelay residence on White Mountain Ave. Funeral Services are Wednesday, June 8 at the Full Gospel Church in San Carlos at 10 a.m. with burial at Northgate Cemetery.
