Visitation will be held from 6:00 - 8:00 P.M. Wednesday, July 9, 2003 at Chapel of the Chimes Mortuary 7924 N. 59th Ave., Glendale. 

Graveside service will be held at 9:00 A.M. on Thurs. July 10, 2003 at Resthaven Park Cemetery, 6290 W. Northern, Glendale.
