She was born Feb. 3, 1947, in Anadarko, Okla. Donna attended beauty school and worked as a receptionist and a waitress. She enjoyed reading, crocheting, playing cards and bingo. She leaves two daughters, Shelli Dickison and Denise Juricek, both of Sedona; her mother, Alice Lisk, of Cottonwood; a brother, Clint Lisk, of Phoenix; and two grandchildren. A private burial was held. A memorial service is set for May 13 at 5 p.m. at Mountain View United Methodist Church.
