The Arizona Republic, Phoenix, Arizona Tuesday, November 4, 2003 Raymond M. Holappa, of Prescott Valley, Ariz, died Nov. 1, 2003. He was born Dec. 23, 1921. A Celebration of Ray's Life will be held Tues., Nov. 4, 2003 at 1pm at the Arizona Wakelin Bradshaw Chapel in Prescott Valley. A private cremation will be held at the Bradshaw Crematory in Prescott Valley. Arizona Wakelin Bradshaw Chapel assisted the family with arrangements.
