CLIFT, Mary Jo

The Verde Independent, Cottonwood, AZ January 05, 2007 Mary Jo Clift, 65, died Dec. 27, 2006, in Phoenix. She was a resident of Camp Verde. She was born April 27, 1941, in Riverton, Wyo., the daughter of Milford Hedglin and Lucy Tschacher Hedglin White. She attended school in Riverton and graduated in 1959. On July 11, 1958, she married Donald Leo Clift in Riverton. The family moved to Sidney, Neb., in 1965 and then to Camp Verde in 1997. She retired from Sidney Memorial Hospital as a Certified Nurses Assistant, and was working at the Verde Valley Medical Center in Cottonwood as a patient care technician. She is survived by her husband Donald Clift; daughter Dawnne Linenbrink or Eugene, Ore.; son Craig Clift of Forest Grove, Ore.; sisters Eileen Wythe of Homer, Ala., Marlene Canada of Texarkana, Texas, and Donna Romero of Riverton, Wyo.; brothers Pudgy Hedglin of Henderson, Nev., and Willis Hedglin of Riverside, Calif; four grandchildren and one great-granddaughter. A memorial service will be held at St. Margaret's Catholic Church on July 11 in Riverton, Wyo., followed by a celebration of life gathering in Dubois, Wyo.
