Richard Thomas Farino, age 68, a 36-year resident of Bullhead City, passed away Tuesday, June 7, 2011, in Bullhead City, Ariz.
Richard, a retiree from Southern California Edison Mohave Generating Station, was born September 2, 1942, in East Los Angeles, Calif.
He was a veteran, having served proudly in the United States Navy.
Richard enjoyed fishing, bowling, woodworking, ATV riding and was a Yo-yo champion.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Regina and Phillip Farino, and his brother, Phil Farino.
Richard is survived by two daughters, Johnene A. Farino of Bullhead City and Cheryl D. Farino of Mohave Valley; granddaughter, Ashley R. Lambert; grandson, Brandon E. Bankston, and great-granddaughter, Isabella Regina Torres, all of Mohave Valley.
Richard will be remembered as a loving father, grandfather and great-grandfather.
Services will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Monday, June 13, 2011, at Dimond & Sons Silver Bell Chapel, 2620 Silver Creek Road, Bullhead City, Ariz.
Internment will take place at 2:00 p.m. on Wednesday, June 15, 2011, at Belmont Memorial Cemetery, 201 N. Teilman Avenue, Fresno, Calif.
