Mohave Daily News, Mohave Valley, AZ - Published in Mohave Daily News Online from June 12 to June 19, 2011 - David Philip Mahan, age 56, a 40-year resident of Ft. Mohave, died Monday, June 6, 2011, in Ft. Mohave, Ariz. David, who worked as a Security Officer at the Pioneer Casino, was born December 9, 1954 in Garnett, Kan. David was preceded in death by his mother, Sally Ann Dillman. He is survived by his wife, Cheryl Mahan of Ft. Mohave; father, Byron Leon Mahan; two step-sons, Chris (Becky) Willitz of Calif.; and Scott (Michelle) Sousa of Ariz.; two sisters, Stephanie and Julie; five grandchildren, Billie, Micheal, Christopher, Alex and Sonya; nieces, Shannon and Deanna; nephews, Bobby and Jeoff; aunt, Linda Dillman; and uncle, James Dillman. A memorial service will be held at 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m., Wednesday, June 15, 2011, at Dimond and Sons Silver Bell Chapel, 2620 Silver Creek Rd., Bullhead City, Ariz.
