FLOYD, Gary

The Verde Independent, Cottonwood, AZ January 14, 2007 Gary Floyd, 56, of Camp Verde died Jan. 9, 2007. Gary was born May 29, 1950, in Bakersfield, Calif., to Dolores and Robert Floyd. Later, Gary moved to Arizona and worked in construction. Gary was a true Corvette man, and was a member of the Verde Valley Vettes club and could often be seen cruising in his '84 yellow Corvette. Gary is survived by his brothers, Robert Floyd, Jerry Floyd, Dennis Floyd, and Randy Floyd; his sisters, Beverly Perry and Gwen Cash. A funeral service will be held at 2 p.m. Tuesday, Jan. 16, with a visitation one hour prior to the service at the chapel of Bueler Funeral Home, 143 Arnold St., in Camp Verde. Bueler Funeral Home assisted the family.
