East Valley Tribune, Arizona Ellen Bradshaw Sowell, 92, of Prescott, AZ died January 26, 2008 at the Yavapai Regional Medical Center after a short illness. She was born January 18, 1916 in Douglas, AZ to Franklin Demarcus Haymore and Mary Ellen Wilson Haymore. She was an Arizona resident throughout her life and grew up living with her parents in Douglas, Gilbert and Mesa. She was a devoted wife and mother of ten children. She worked many years at Motorola in Mesa as an electronics assembly technician. In her later years, she married Larry Sowell on September 4, 2004 while living at the Pioneer Home in Prescott, AZ where she spent the remainder of her life. She is survived by her husband, Larry Sowell; her brother, Franklin Haymore; nine children, Sam Bradshaw, Jeneane Thomas, Sue Lines, Walter Bradshaw, Les Bradshaw, Robert Bradshaw, Frank Bradshaw, James Bradshaw, Bret Bradshaw; 47 grandchildren; and many great- grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her former husband Leonard Bradshaw and son Charles Bradshaw. Visitation will be from 6 to 8 p.m. Thursday, January 31, 2008 at Bunker's Garden Chapel, 33 N. Centennial Way, Mesa. Funeral services will be held at 1:00 p.m. Friday, February 1, 2008 at The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, Evergreen Chapel, 1345 E.
