Dr. Hubbard served in the U.S. Army/WW II. 

Graveside services 2:00 p.m. Monday, July 14th at St. Francis Cemetery, 2201 N. 48th Street/Phoenix. 

Memorial contributions may be made to Alzheimer's Association of Arizona, 1028 E. McDowell Road, Phx 85006. 

Newcomer Family Mortuary of Scottsdale assisted the family.
