Janette Mayotte, 85, of Prescott, died Wednesday, Jan. 17, 2001, in Prescott.
She was born June 15, 1915, in Rush County, Ind., to Frank and Alma (Stiers) Warrick.
Mrs. Mayotte served in the U.S. Army Nurse Corps. She moved to Prescott in 1956.
She worked as a registered nurse at Yavapai Community Hospital for one year, then at the Veterans Affairs Medical Center for 13 years before retiring in 1970.
Surviving are her daughter, Madalyn Cole of Gallup, N.M.; sons, Robert of Prescott and Richard of Oklahoma; brother, Robert Warrick of Tokyo, Japan; five grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.
Her husband, Frank, preceded her in death in 1992.
Services will be at 10 a.m. Friday at the Potter's House Christian Center in Prescott, with Pastor Mark Aulson officiating. Visitation will be one hour prior to the service. Interment at Mountain View Cemetery will follow the service.
