The Verde Independent, Cottonwood, AZ February 16, 2007 Vickie Jeanette Paulus, 67, of Cottonwood, died Feb. 9, 2007. She was born in Phoenix on May 2, 1939, to Charles J. and Verona Carter. She leaves behind her son Daniel T. Paulus (April) of Utah; her daughter, Amanda G. Paulus of Arizona; her mother, Verona Carter of Arizona; as well as three grandsons and one granddaughter. Funeral services were Feb. 15 at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. Funeral arrangements were handled by Westcott Funeral Home.
