NOLAN, Daniel Joseph

The Prescott Daily Courier, Prescott, Arizona Friday, October 27, 2006 Daniel J. Nolan of Prescott, died Oct. 10, 2006. He was born Aug. 10. 1919, in Chloride, Ariz. (Territory) He was 87. Daniel graduated from high school in Kingman, Ariz. After service in the Air Force in World War II, he received his B.A. from the University of Redlands in Redlands, Calif., and his M.S. degree from USC. He taught high school math for many years in Whittier, Calif. He retired and moved to Prescott in 1987. Daniel is survived by his wife, Lillian, of Prescott; sons, Terry, of Denver, Colo. and Brent, of Arroyo Grande, Calif and Gail Presley of Sacramento, Calif. Information provided by survivors. ---------------- The Daily Courier, Prescott, Arizona Wednesday, February 21, 2007 Committal services with full military honors for Daniel Nolan will be at 11 a.m., Friday, February 23, 2007, at the Prescott National Cemetery, with Chaplain Jack Unganst, Bob Stump Veterans Affairs Chaplain and the Honor Guard from American Legion Post # 6. Wakelin Family Funeral Homes assisted with the arrangements.
