The Daily Miner, Kingman, AZ - Published on June 23, 2011 - Lillie Lane, 90, of Kingman passed away Sunday, June 19, 2011, at her home in Kingman. She was born Nov. 20, 1920, in Hastings, Okla., to Tom and Maud Kiser. She came to Kingman 49 years ago from Prescott, Ariz. She was a motel owner and a waitress. Lillie is survived by her daughter, Donna Castillo of Kingman; her sister, Helen Carver of Imperial, Calif.; four grandchildren, Kris (Rod) Valandingham, Stephenie (David) Castillo, Wayne Sudduth and Shawn Sudduth; and four great-grandchildren, Emilio Gomez, Matt Castillo, Dakota Valandingham and Sydney Valandingham. She was preceded in death by her sons, Louis Lane and Ken Sudduth; one granddaughter, Virginia Castillo; and one grandson, Jeffrey Sudduth. She enjoyed quilting, tending her flowers, and being with her family. She was a wonderful mother, grandmother and great "Gramma," and Matt's best friend. She will be missed by all who knew her. As she requested, there will only be a private graveside service.
