The White Mountain Independent, Show Low, Arizona ~ 06/28/2011 Marian J. Jones (McCoy), 72, died June 19, 2011, in Beatrice, Neb. She was born Nov. 1, 1938, in Cavour, S.D. Marian lived in Tucson and Show Low, and has been living in Beatrice, Neb. She graduated from high school in Auburn, Iowa, and went to vocational school in Omaha, Neb. She is survived by her husband, Lynn Jones; daughter Doreen Joekel (Kenneth), of Neb.; son, Robert Jones of Arizona; granddaughter Kady Agena(Scott); grandson Kyle Joekel of Neb.; great-granddaughter Reese Agena, of Nebraska; grandson Russell Jones of Arizona; sisters Marilyn J. DeVaney (James) of Calif.; Mildred J. Van Ede (John) of Minn.; as well as many nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents, Elmer C. McCoy and Doris R. McCoy and her brother Albert McCoy. No services planned, a private family burial is planned for a later date. In lieu of flowers, Harman Wright Mortuary, 623 Elk, Beatrice, NE, 68310 is in charge of memorials which have been set up for The Friendship Home of Lincoln, NE.
