O'HAGAN, Patrick Edward

The Prescott Daily Courier, Prescott, Arizona June 2006 Patrick Edward O'Hagan went home to be with the Lord unexpectedly on May 30, 2006, in Santa Clara, Calif, at the age of 43. Pat was a long time companion of Lee Kuerbis, a devoted father to Nicole and Donny Koch and Heather O'Hagan. Pat was the youngest son of Mary Lou O'Hagan of Humboldt, Ariz. He was preceded in death by his father, Charles O'Hagan. Pat is survived by his brother John O'Hagan and sisters Lynn Dahl and Shannon Jonker. He is also survived by numerous cousins, aunts, uncles, nephews, nieces, and many great friends. Pat was very involved with youth baseball in the San Jose, Calif., area as a coach, fan and friend. He was also somewhat unique in that he became a San Francisco Giants fan after being a Los Angeles Dodgers fan for many years. Pat will be missed by many, but never forgotten. A celebration of Pat's life will be held at the Humboldt Bible Church, 2500 Old Black Canyon Highway, Humboldt, Ariz., at 2 p.m Saturday, June 10, 2006. Burial at the Humboldt Cemetery will be private. Information provided by survivors.
