DEGENFELDER, Nina L.

The Prescott Daily Courier, Prescott, Arizona Tuesday, July 4, 2006 Nina L. Degenfelder, age 94, a resident of Wesley Manor Healthcare Center, passed away July 1, 2006. She was born Feb. 18, 1912, in Lincoln, Neb. to George and Merle (Wyant) Sinclair. Nina grew up in Lincoln, Neb. She married Carl Degenfelder on Sept. 22, 1933, in Lincoln, and after their marriage moved to California and then to Arizona. She moved to Frankfort, Ind. after the death of her husband in 1985 to be closer to her family. Nina was a homemaker most of her life, although she worked for the Broadway Department Store in retail sales while in California. Surviving are two sons, Ray Degenfelder (Laura) of Frankfort and Bob Degenfelder (Sharon) of Acton, Calif.; eight grandchildren and twelve great grandchildren. Nina was preceded in death by her husband Carl, two sons, two brothers and two sisters. Graveside services will take place at 11 a.m. Saturday, July 8, at Mountain View Cemetery in Prescott.
