HERBERT A. GRASS
Requiem mass was said by the Rev. D. F. O’Sullivan in St. Anthony’s Catholic Church at 9 a.m. April 7 for Herbert A. Grass, a resident of Wickenburg for the past year and one-half, who died at his home here April 1.
Rosary was held at 8 p.m. April 6. Burial was in the St. Francis Cemetery in Phoenix.
Mr Grass was born May 16, 1904 in Zell, Mo., and had lived in Arizona 29 years. He came to Wickenburg from Prescott.
He is survived by his wife, Norine; two sons, Eldred of Phoenix and Eugene of Flagstaff and two daughters, Arlene O’Connell of Fort Worth, Tex., and Pauline Eversole of Deming, N.M. Also a sister, Genevieve Newheisel of Phoenix; three others sisters and six brothers, all living out of state. Fifteen grandchildren also survive.
