Mrs Ruth Garza, age, 44, of Early Mart, Calif., died in Community Hospital here early Sunday morning of injuries received the previous day in a one car accident on Highway 93. Her 14-year-old-son John was admitted to the hospital with injuries not considered too serious.

The accident happened in the Wikieup highway patrol district and only meager details were available. It is said the Garza car was pulling a trailer which jack-knifed and threw the car over, almost completely wrecking it.
