The Wickenburg Sun, Wickenburg, AZ July 24, 1969, p. 11 MRS THOMPSON Mrs Louise Vaughn Thompson, age 90, a resident of Arizona for 68 years and mother of Mrs Henry Frick and Mrs Carolyn Johnson of Wickenburg, died July 1 in the Beatitudes Nursing Home in Phoenix. She moved to that city in 1901 from Vaughn Mill, Kentucky. Services were held at Trinity Cathedral, Phoenix, where she had been a member longer than any other person in the history of the church. Mrs Thompson had many friends here through her frequent visits with her two daughters. She is also survived by another daughter, two sons, eight grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren.
