The Wickenburg Sun, Wickenburg, AZ July 24, 1969, p. 11 MRS JENKINSON The lovely piano music of Mrs Hazel Johnson Jenkinson will be heard no more. She died July 13 in Phoenix and was buried the morning of July 15 in Westminster, Calif. A great many people enjoyed her piano playing during the several years she played at the Bar 7 Cocktail Lounge here. For years she was with the Newberry store in Phoenix in the piano department. Mrs Jenkinson was 70 years of age. Survivors include her husband Elmer B. She was born in Akron, Iowa, and came to Phoenix in 1937 and to Wickenburg in 1957. Although she returned to Phoenix in 1962 and later moved to Sun City, she came back here frequently to visit and patrons of the Bar 7 who were fortunate enough to be present when she would drop in and go to the piano, were in for a treat.
