The Wickenburg Sun, Wickenburg, AZ August 28, 1969, p. 11 MRS NOE The many friends she made while visiting her daughter, Mrs Orva Croft here in recent years will be saddened to learn of the death of Mrs Nannie C. McElroy Noe, which occurred August 6, at the age of 101. She died in a Scottsbluff, Neb. hospital. Mrs Noe was born May 31, 1868, near Station Creek, Va., and spent her early life in Virginia. Following her marriage she moved to Morrill, Neb., area in 1906 and lived in that area the rest of her life, with the exception of extensive traveling throughout the United States and her winter visits to Wickenburg. Funeral services were held August 9 in the Morrill United Methodist Church with burial in the Forest Lawn Cemetery. In addition to Mrs Croft she is survived by three other daughters, two sons, 17 grandchildren, 36 great-grandchildren and 14 great-great-grandchildren.
