PATRICIA A. WHITHAM

Funeral services were planned for Wednesday afternoon in Arcadia, California, for Mrs Patricia Arlene Whitham, wife of James Whitham, Arizona Game & fish Commission representative here. She died September 12 in Good Samaritan Hospital, Phoenix, where she had been taken previous evening by helicopter from Community Hospital in Wickenburg.

Mrs Whitham, age 24, had been admitted to the local hospital the morning of September 11.

The Whitham home in Wickenburg has been in Oxbow Drive. She was an active member of the First Presbyterian Church and taught a Sunday school class there.

Surviving, besides her husband, is an infant daughter Jennifer, her parents, Mr & Mrs W. C. Carroll of Eureka, Calif.; a sister, Christine of Eureka, and two brothers, Bruce L. of Eureka and William C. Jr., of Arcadia.

A Memorial for Mrs Whitham is planned in the new Presbyterian Sunday School.
