The Wickenburg Sun, Wickenburg, AZ October 23, 1969, p. 15 CHRISTOPHER REISTAD Funeral services were held at 2 p.m. Monday of this week in the Wickenburg Funeral Home for Christopher Reistad, age, 72, a 48-year resident of Arizona and who lived in Wittmann the past 18 years. Mr Reistad died October 17 in Community Hospital here. The Rev. Peter Smith of Phoenix officiated at the services and burial was in the Wickenburg Cemetery. Mr. Reistad, who was born July 27, 1897 in Molde, Norway, was a retired carpenter. Survivor include a son, Arne Reistad in Pennsylvania; three daughters, Mrs Gertrude Moll, Phoenix; Mrs Alice Garvin, Flagstaff, and Mrs Edith Thrasher of Seattle. Fifteen grandchildren and one great-grandchild also survive.
