The Wickenburg Sun, Wickenburg, AZ November 13, 1969, p. 15 CECIL C. PHILLIPS, SR. Funeral services were held last Saturday at the Brazil-Whitney Mortuary in Glendale for Cecil C. Phillips, Sr., who resided in the Aguila area for a number of years and had many friends in that community. Mr. Phillips, age 68, died October 4, in Glendale where he had lived since 1937. he was retired from the Bureau of Reclamation. Burial was in the Resthaven Cemetery. Mr. Phillips is survived by his wife Ruth; two daughters, Mrs Dorothy Thrasher of Wickenburg and May Belle Robinson of Palisades, Idaho a son Cecil, Jr. of Tustin, Calif., and a step-son Jim Potts of San Francisco.
