Mohave Daily News, Mohave Valley, AZ - Published in Mohave Daily News Online from June 28 to July 5, 2011 - William Foster ""Bill"" West, age 84, a short-time resident of Needles, Calif., passed away Friday, June 24, 2011, in Overgaard, Ariz. He was born in Lexington, Ky. He was preceded in death by his father, Bluford, mother, Gladys, and sister, Mary Jo. Bill leaves behind his wife of 58 years, Dorothy; son, John (Lori) West; three daughters, Laura Lee (Chuck) Sears; Mary Ann (Kevin) Hopf and Sue Ann (Brian) Perkinson; and three grandchildren, Trevor, Tyler and Kenzie. Bill was a loving husband, father and grandfather and will be truly missed by those who love him. A memorial service will be held at 11:00 a.m., on Thursday, June 30, 2011, at Carr Tenney Mortuary, 2621 S. Rural Road in Tempe, Ariz. Arrangements are under the care of Carr Tenney Mortuary, www.carrtenneymortuary.com in Tempe, Ariz.
