Ray R. Vyne, 70, of Glendale, Ariz., passed away Sept. 25, 2006. He was a native of Arizona and grew up in Prescott.
Ray served his country in the United States Marine Corps.
He worked for many years as an electrician and was a member of the International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers Local 640 since 1964.
Ray is survived by his wife, Margaret "Marge"; daughters Brennan (Cliff) Looper of Phoenix and Shawna Dunlap ofGlendale; and granddaughter Paige of Glendale. He is also survived by stepdaughter Carol(Ralph) Scares and son Nicholas of Grover Beach,Calif.; stepson Michael (Carri-Ann) Bard and their four children of Branson, Mo.; brother Gary of Palm Springs, Calif.; sisters Judy Chandler of Kingman and Carol (Tom) Pontillilo of Pinon Hills, Calif; and their families.
A celebration of Ray's life will take place from 1 to 4 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 28, at his home. In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to the Parkinson's Foundation or the American Cancer Society in his name.
