WAGNER, Robert

The Daily Courier, Prescott, Arizona Wednesday, July 06, 2011 Robert Wagner, 85, passed away July 1, 2011, in Prescott, Ariz. He was born Dec. 6, 1925, in Redlands, Calif., to Andrew and Jessie Wagner. Robert graduated from Redland High School and then joined the U.S. Army, serving his country during World War II in the European Theatre in the Battle of the Bulge. After the military, he worked as a truck driver and handyman until his retirement. He enjoyed building and working on most anything. Robert is survived by his wife, Marjorie, of Prescott; his sons Dale Wagner of Chino Valley, Ariz., and Jerry Wagner of Fallbrook, Calif.; seven grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren. A memorial service for Robert will be 11 a.m. Saturday, July 9, 2011, at the First Southern Baptist Church of Chino Valley, 1524 N. Highway 89, Chino Valley. Hampton Funeral Home was entrusted with the arrangements.
