Melvin B. Kornblatt, 83, of Prescott, Ariz., born Sept. 6, 1927, in St. Louis, Mo., passed away July 3, 2011.

Services will be 1 p.m. July 14, 2011, at the Temple B'rith Shalom, 2077 Brohner Way, Prescott. Inurnment with military honors will follow at 3 p.m. at the Prescott National Cemetery.
