The Arizona Republic, Phoenix, AZ August Cornwell Aug. 1, 1911 ~ Feb. 5, 1949 Funeral services for August Cornwell, 37 years old, 4201 North Ninth Street, will be conducted at 1 p.m. Tuesday from the Memory Chapel of A L Moore and Sons. Interment will be in Greenwood Memorial Park. Cornwell was born in 1912 in Oklahoma and came to Arizona in 1929. He was the owner of Truckers Supply. Survivors are his wife, Florence; a daughter' Jo Ann; his mother Betty all of 4201 North Ninth Street; three brothers. leap, Nogales; Tom and Winshire both of Phoenix, and a sister Mrs. Hope Welch, Phoenix.
