Today's News-Herald< Lake Havasu City, AZ - Published Friday, July 8, 2011 - Lori Ann Scheller, 47, went to be with the Lord Sunday, July 3, 2011. She died in Lake Havasu City. She was born in Oakland, Calif. on Sept. 9, 1963, to Eugene and Ava (Junge) Scheller. During her childhood, she lived in Idaho and San Diego. She made Lake Havasu City her home in 1985. Lori’s life was a blessing to her family and to all who knew her. Her love of God was evident in everything she did. Her greatest joy was her family, and she was so proud of her beautiful daughters, Ashley and Brandi. Lori had a very active real-estate career in Lake Havasu City. She loved her profession and helped many other Realtors further their careers. Lori always went the extra mile to help anyone. She loved life, and her life was lived to the fullest. Lori is survived by her two daughters, Ashley Gall of San Diego, and Brandi Scheller; mother, Ava Scheller; father, Eugene (Ila) Scheller, all of Lake Havasu City; her brothers, Joel (Stacey) Scheller of Mesa and Robert (Nyhki) Scheller of Lake Havasu City; and her fiancé and partner, Joe Abela of Lake Havasu City; her nephews: Damien and Derek, and her nieces, Kaley and Rylee. Lori is preceded in death by her brother, Jeffrey Scheller, her maternal grandparents, William and Elaine Junge, and her paternal grandmother, Maryann Scheller. Funeral services will be 10 a.m. Saturday at Calvary Baptist Church, 1605 S. McCulloch Blvd. Words of comfort and inspiration will be offered by Pastor Chad Garrison.
