BARONE, Louis John


Hansen Chapel, Mesa, Arizona Louis John Barone On Memorial Day, Monday May 30th, 2011, with family at his side, Louis John Barone left this earth to be with the Lord. What a fitting day to pass for this World War II Veteran. Louis was born on July 18th, 1922, in Cicero, Illinois, the third child to John and Philomena Barone. He served in the Army during World War II from January 9th, 1943 to January 19, 1946 stationed in the Southern Philippines. When he returned home he started a family with his wife Rose, who he adored. They traveled the world together and always put family first, he would do anything for his children and grandchildren. Louis was a great man who worked his whole life to take care of his family. He leaves behind his wife Rose Barone of 67 years along with his son John Barone (Cheryl Barone), son Bob Barone (Julianne Barone), daughter Linda Simons (Ron Simons), grandson John Michael Barone, granddaughter Dina Cavallo, granddaughter Shannon Barone, granddaughter Danielle Sedivy, and great-grandchildren Anthony Cavallo and Genevieve Cavallo. He is also survived by his younger brother Anthony Barone and countless cousins, nieces, and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents, John and Philomena, and sisters Anne and Theresa. Visitation will be 10:30 to 11:30 am on Friday, June 3, 2011 at Hansen Mortuary, 8314 N. 7th St. Graveside service will follow at 12:30 at the National Memorial Cemetery of AZ, 23029 N. Cave Creek Rd. Arrangements by Hansen Arrowhead Funeral Center.
