BONITO, Kay Joey (Ma Geek)

The White Mountain Independent, Show Low, Arizona ~ 07/15/2011 Kay Joey Bonito, also known as "Ma Geek" entered into rest July 9, 2011, in Whiteriver. He was born April 23, 1979, in Whiteriver. He will dearly be missed by his family, relatives and friends. Kay Joey is remembered and loved by his son Kyle Joe Bonito; daughter, Beyonce Kay Jayna Bonito; parents: Paulena and Telbert Burnette Sr.; biological father, Timothy Ernie Bonito; brothers: Nathaniel Bush, Telbert Burnette Jr., Roland Bonito, Blaine Bonito, Darwyn Bonito; sisters: Pearlena Bush, Deloria Bonito, Katlynn Bonito; godparents Janice and Randall Charley Sr.; niece: Makilyn Riley; nephews: Jeremiah Riley, Joe Keio Riley; and many relatives and friends. He was preceded in death by his grandparents: Dolly (Clarkson) and Paul DeClay Sr.; grandmother, Cornelia Dale; uncles: Stephen DeClay Sr., Donnie DeClay, Paul DeClay Jr., Serrano DeClay Sr.; cousins: Elvis DeClay, Fernando DeClay Sr.; and nephew, Douglas Joe Antonio. A two-night wake started at 10 a.m. Thursday, July 14, at his parent's Paulena and Telbert Burnette Sr. residence (314 E. Sawdust Lane) in Whiteriver. Home services will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday, July 16, at the family residence in Whiteriver. Interment will be in the Whiteriver Cemetery. Silver Creek Chapel Mortuary of Whiteriver handled arrangements.
