Wickenburg (AZ) Sun Friday, September 9, 1960, p 8 Auto Accidents Prove Fatal An automobile accident 15 miles west of Salome at approximately 2pm Friday of last week resulted in the death an hour later of Mrs Catherine Louis (sic) Mohr, 66, of Arcadia, Calif. Her husband, Charles, 75, was seriously injured in the same accident. Both were brought to Community Hospital here by the Salome ambulance driven by Bill Davis. Mrs Mohr died at 3:12pm. Mr Mohr's condition has since improved. The Mohrs were enroute to Phoenix to visit relatives when Mr Mohr, who was driving, dozed enroute and the car left the highway and overturned, says Highway Patrolman George Pemberton. A second traffic fatality on Highway 60-70, but not within the Wickenburg Patrol Area, was that of Mrs Bernice Finstad, 35-year-old Phoenix woman. She was in a two-car collision in El Mirage.
