Mrs. Syd Penn of Troy, Mo., sister of C. C. Brown of Wickenburg, died in a St. Louis hospital early Wednesday morning. 

Mrs Penn spent the winter of 1952-53 in Wickenburg while her daughter, Georgia Penn, was a teacher in the Wickenburg Elementary School. Funeral services are scheduled to be held in Troy.
