Anita Margaret Qualls, of Peoria, Arizona, went home to be with her Lord and Savior, July 8, 2003.
Anita was born August 24, 1963 in Jackson, Mississippi. She lived a life of devotion to her family, and service as a registered nurse in the Neonatal Unit at St. Joseph Hospital in Phoenix, Arizona.
She is survived by her husband Barry Qualls; her precious daughters, Krystal and Rachel Qualls; her parents, Mr. and Mrs. Jud King of Little Rock, AR; a sister, Stephanie Buffalo and husband Joe of Dallas, Texas; two brothers-in-law, Steve Qualls and wife Ramona of Little Rock, AR, Gregg Qualls of Hot Springs, AR; a sister-in-law, Teresa Felix of Texarkana, AR; a niece, Stephanie Qualls; and a nephew, Blake Felix.
She was loved and cherished by her family and will be greatly missed by all. We thank God for the time we had with her.
Graveside services will be 10:00 a.m. Saturday (July 12) at Crestlawn Memorial Park in Conway, AR.
