POOL, Arthur Eugene (Gene)

The Arizona Republic, Phoenix, Arizona Saturday, July 12, 2003 Arthur E. (Gene) Pool, age 83, of Cave Creek, AZ, passed away at home on July 8, 2003. Born June 6, 1920 in Rush Co., Indiana to Matilda and James Pool. Beloved husband of Jannette M. Pool. Loving father of Walter and Jane Pool of Vermontville, Michigan and J. Nadiene Juedes of Cave Creek. He leaves 5 grandchildren and many great and great-great-grandchildren. He was a WWII veteran. He was a machinist at Hastings Aluminum Products for over 20 years. He retired and moved to Arizona in 1981. He loved fishing, hunting and the outdoors. Visitation will be held on Sunday, July 13th from 5:00 to 8:00pm at Messinger Pinnacle Peak Rd., Scottsdale. Funeral Services will also be held at Messinger's on Monday, July 14th at 9am, followed by burial at the National Memorial Cemetery.
