Amy was a schoolteacher in Mesa and Gilbert School Districts, with a degree in elementary education with an ESL endorsement. She received her Masters of Education in Curriculum and Instruction from ASU in 2002. She loved little children and wanted so much to raise her first son Zachary. Amy and her husband Luke were living in San Francisco while attending the Dental School at University of the Pacific. She worked at a preschool where she was helping to support his education. She was loved dearly by those she worked with and those she taught. Amy had many talents, which she shared with the people she loved. She had a voice of an angel and sang in groups, productions, solos, and with her husband. Amy took time to work on her voice and turn it into a tool to help spread the gospel of Jesus Christ.
