The Arizona Republic, Phoenix, Arizona Sunday, July 13, 2003 Cierra Jay Lowe-Dilley, Born 10/31/1997, died 7/10/2003. Survived by her mother Cheyenne Dilley, sister Briana, brother Nathan, grandfather Fred Dilley, grandmother Cheri Jones, aunt Nevada Dilley, & uncle Jay Dilley. Cierra was a vivacious, high spirited, strong-willed, beautiful child full of love for life. She was courageous & strong through everything she went through & we are so proud of her because we know she is wearing her special smile. She was our strength & restored our faith because she believed in us. We will miss our very special angel. Her broken wings have now been mended. Our heart felt thanks to everyone who helped her during her short but meaningful life. She had the capacity to touch everyone's heart. Service will be Sunday, July 13, at 4:00 PM at the Community Church of New Thought, 5013 E. Broadway, Mesa, AZ.
