The last reply spoken was "Don't worry, Dad". And that night, the nightmare began. Because for parents of a dead child, we are as grief stricken today as we were a year ago. The pain of living our lives without Jason just goes on and on. Teens, be careful. Your life can end in a moment. Parents, tell your children you love them. You never know if or when they could walk out the door and never, ever come back home. Drivers, please be more cautious. Jason lived his short life of 18 years with a great sense of humor, filled it with fun, and brought joy and laughter to all of our lives. He loved life and his family.
