Geraldean "Gerry" Foster, 56, was called home on Wednesday, June 29, 2011.
She is survived by her parents, Gerald and Ludean Proctor of Flagstaff; her husband of 35 years, Tom Foster; daughter, Kristen Plank; son, Steve Foster; grandchildren, Jennifer Foster, Brooke Foster, Hailee Plank, Joshua Plank, Derek Puett and Caelen Puett, all of Kingman; sister, Kathy Mattson of New Mexico; and brother, Roy Proctor of New Mexico.
Gerry was preceded in death by two brothers, Rick Proctor of New Mexico and Walter Proctor of Utah.
Jerry was known as "Mom" and later as "Grandma" to many more than just her own children and grandchildren. She succeeded in showing her family a rare but truly unconditional love.
"We are all feeling a great loss and a pain never felt before, but are trying to find some comfort in knowing she will never again have to feel any pain, sadness or sickness. She is sitting next to the Lord, with the angels, watching us from above now. We are grateful to her that we now have a beautiful angel watching over us."
Services will be at 9:30 a.m. Thursday, July 7, at Sutton Memorial Funeral Home, 1701 Sycamore Ave., for any friend who would like to attend.
