Cleveland on July 11, 1934, in Chicago. She was a medical secretary. She was preceded in death by her husband, Kenneth. Survivors include a son, James of Leavenworth; a daughter, Julie Cleveland of Portland, Ore.; a sister, Judith Busby of Palco; and a grandson. The body was cremated, and the burial will be in Prescott, Ariz. Memorials may be made to Jessie Carmack Memorial Fund, in care of Moore-Overlease Funeral Chapel, 409 S. Cochran, Plainville 67663.
