CRUBAUGH, Nancy L.

Nancy L. Crubaugh of Phoenix was born 9/10/46 in Chicago, IL. 
She was 56 when she passed away on 7-13-03. 
Preceded in death by her husband, Harold and son, Joseph Oleferchik. Survivors include her Daughter, Marianne Olegerchik; Sisters; Gloria (Richard )Withall, Shirley (Anthony) Odom; Daughter in-law Marie; Grandchildren; Desiree, Ashely, Chelsie, Marissa, and Jospeh. She also has several nieces and nephews. 

Visitation will be held on Wednesday, July 16, 2003 from 5-8PM at Shadow Mountain Mortuary, 2350 E. Greenway Rd., Phoenix, Arizona with service on July 17 at 10:00 AM.
