THIENES, Guerna

The Arizona Republic, Phoenix, Arizona Tuesday, July 15, 2003 Guerna Thienes, passed away July 12, 2003 in Glendale at the age of 77. Guerna was a life long resident of Phoenix and retired from the phone company. She is survived by son: Roger Thienes; daughter, Sharon Itule; grandchildren, Richard (Deborah) Itule Jr., Paul Itule, Lee (Scott) Eger, Ashley Thienes and great-grandchildren Mark and Rachel Utule. Visitation will be Tuesday 6-8pm with a Rosary recited at 7pm at Rude Family Northwest Mortuary, 4033 N. 19th Ave, Phoenix. The funeral mass will be celebrated Wednesday, 10am at St. Gregory Catholic Church, 3424 N. 18th Ave, Phoenix. Interment will follow at Greenwood Memory Lawn Cemetery.
