Wayne K. Crooks, 51, suddenly, on July 12, 2003. 
Born in Rochester, NY. 
Wayne moved to Phoenix in 1982. He graduated with a bachelors and masters degree in Social Work from Arizona State University in 1991. Wayne's greatest satisfaction in life was helping other people. 
He was preceded in death by his father, John Crooks and will be greatly missed by his mother, Rilla, his dearest friend, Kim Janney, brother Jack (Joyce) Crooks of Rochester, NY, sister, Norma (Albert) Pescherine, sister Dorothy Shaffer of New Wilmington, PA and nephews and nieces. 

Memorial service will be 10am, July 17, Thursday at Hansen's Mortuary, 8314 N. 7th St., Phoenix, AZ. 

In lieu of flowers, the family suggests donations to CFIDS Association of America, PO Box 220398, Charlotte, NC 28222-0398 Chronic Fatigue Syndrome.
