James Levi Adams, 71, of Cordes Lakes, born July 12, 1935, in Carthage, Mo., died Friday, Jan. 12, 2007, at the Carl Hayden VA Medical Center in Phoenix.

Private cremation at Bradshaw Crematory with Full Military Honors at the National Memorial Cemetery of Arizona in Phoenix will be at a later date.

Arrangements by Arizona Wakelin Bradshaw Chapel.
